The vibration dampening qualities of bamboo make it an ideal choice for touring. Bamboo Bike Studio participants have used their bikes touring across Europe and the United States.

The touring bike is setup especially long distance crusing, with a slightly less aggressive geometry and longer wheel base than our standard road bike. It comes complete with a standard aluminum rack (upgradable to integrated bamboo rack), fenders, touring fork with pannier mounts, and a 14 speed Shimano Tourney setup.
